Animal Testing:

The Island Bath & Body does not test on animals and is against unnecessary, repeated or senseless animal testing. We are committed to partnering with organizations to find safe and effective testing alternatives to establish product and consumer safety.

Turn Around Time:

Our staff believes in hard work and prompt processing of all orders large and small. Our products are handmade, packaged and shipped on a first come first serve basis. Because we make our products fresh when you order, some orders may take several days to complete. We work hard each week to ship all retail orders within 3-7 business days from receipt of order depending on the types of products ordered and drying time necessary. Wholesale orders may take longer depending on volume. Please contact us for a good faith estimate on current turn around time for your wholesale order.

Bath Fizzies do take several days to dry before we can package and ship them. With that in mind, our typical turn around time for Bath Fizzies that are not in stock, can be up to 5-10 days depending on the weather. Yes, the weather. We do our best to keep our location temperature controlled to avoid any delays.

Transit Time:

The Island Bath & Body products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground Service. We reserve the right to ship via our choice of carriers depending on the content of the package. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days transit time depending on carrier and your location.
